How to Contact The Avjobs Support Crew

Online Support

  • The Avjobs Support Crew uses the latest innovative technology to support and empower all of our customers. Through the Avjobs Family of Websites, our customers get access to the information they need 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Avjobs System is easy to use, with browser-based features, familiar to any computer user.
  • When your case is logged, it's assigned a case number and priority that identifies the impact the problem has on your ability to utilize our services. The process for initiating a case is to report problems via The Avjobs System is described below:
    • Log on to the Avjobs Customer web site:
      members.avjobs.com for Applicants
      employers.avjobs.com for Employers and Recruiters
    • You will need to provide your User Name and Password. If you do not have this information, you may retrieve your User Name & Password or Register for a New Account
    • Make the appropriate selection from the lower left side of the main menu system.

    • Based on your selection you will be provided with the appropriate page to Submit a New Support Ticket.
    • When you log a case either online or over the phone, you will need to provide a clear and detailed description of the problem.
    • Enter the requested detail information on the Case Detail description panel.
    • Click the Submit button.
    • Your case will be automatically assigned to the appropriate product support analyst. The analyst will contact you within the time period outlined by the priority level of the problem.
    • Our Target Response Time in Business Hours is less than 4 business hours.

Telephone Support

  • Avjobs also offers telephone support for registered customers during standard business hours 9:00 a.m. MST through 5:00 p.m. MST M-F.
