PT Catering Assistant Duties

Follow up on any equipment issues daily to ensure NBA equipment and Rotable standards are met for every flight. Maintain monthly equipment inventory process and review of inventory shrinkage. Assist with cost analysis of shrinkage. Dinner/Service Ware: Responsible for all aspects of the rotation uniquely NBA catering ware including acquisition from caterer communicating replacement system inventory balancing and auditing. Items include dinnerware service items linen china glassware serving utensils etc. Other projects and duties as assigned by the Manager-Catering. Qualifications: Basic office skills computer skills (Word and Excel) inventory and organizational management skills. Must be able to multi-task.
