Job Description:
Duties include but are not limited to:
Maintaining department work standards and providing schedules of hours and shifts for Crew Schedulers. Ensuring that all shifts are appropriately staffed and all shift desk responsiblities are met.
Assure that crew member schedules are handled appropriately; pairings in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR's) following contract requirements and company policies and procedures.
Maintain open lines of communication within and outside of the Crew Resources Department. Communicate with the Manager-Crew Scheduling concerning any problems encountered by Crew Schedulers and/or crew members.
