Customer Sales Officer Duties

This role is available to Hong Kong residents or to those who hold valid working visas or permits.
In this role, you will be among the first agents in the worldwide Cathay Pacific network to present our warmth and professionalism to our customers via the phone in Cathay City Reservations Office or face to face at Peninsula Ticketing Office. You will be working at the Reservations & Ticketing Office to provide one-stop total service from general enquiries to complete a booking sale. To help you work professionally, training will be provided to you in operating our advanced reservations system and bringing about 100% customer satisfaction.
