Customer Support Supervisor Duties
Job Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
(1) Monitoring daily flight operations. Managing and reacting to flight delay situations to ensure timely decision-making and communication. (2) Adhering to delayed passenger compensation and accommodation contract guidelines. (3) Resolving International documentation questions and disabled passenger issues according to DOT and Champion Air guidelines. (4) Provide support to the Traveling Service Managers and station personnel to manage the daily flight operations. (5) Provide verification and set-up for Ad-hoc trips occurring within 24-hours of operation. (6) Process passenger APIS data and insure compliance.
