Base Manager Flight Operations Duties

Position Information: Northwest Airlines is seeking a qualified candidate for a Base Manager Flight Operations in our Flying/Base division of the Flight Operations department. This is a full time position located in Detroit Michigan.

Responsibilities: Be a business partner to the Director of Flying and the Base support staff. Will be the frontline source for communication to and resource for administrative guidance to the pilot group.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience with 2 years experience in Flight Operations. Must have working knowledge of standard organizational structure.
