Airport
Sales Agent: Employees perform all airport functions
at the ticket counter and boarding gate relating to ticketing,
boarding and deplaning passengers, checking baggage, making
or changing reservations and routings and providing general
information to the public. Requirements include a high school
diploma or equivalent, sales and public contact experience
and light typing skills.
Customer
Service Agent: Employees perform airport functions
relating to the loading and unloading of the aircraft, handling
of cargo and baggage, communication with inbound and enroute
flights and direction of aircraft and equipment movement
in the ramp area. Requirements include a high school diploma
or equivalent, labor background or experience working as
a member of a team.
Flight
Attendant: Employees ensure safety of passengers
in-flight and provides meal and beverage service to the
customers. Applicants must be at least 20-years-old. You
must be between 5’" and 6’2" tall with your weight in proportion
to your height and your vision must be correctable to 20/30
or better. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent,
have prior public contact work experience and be able to
read, write and converse fluently in the English language.
Maintenance
Personnel: A wide variety of skills are needed for
maintenance and repair of all types of aircraft. Requirements
are a high school diploma or equivalent, maintenance training
and/or experience needed to qualify. Individuals with A
& P license are especially encouraged to apply.
Reservation Sales Agent: Employees sell the company’s
services to customers via the telephone. Duties include
making reservations, quoting fares, providing flight schedules
and general information and assistance to the public. Requirements
are a high school diploma or equivalent, good English language
skills and a pleasant telephone voice, flexibility to work
variable shifts, light typing and sales experience is desired.
