Our automated Job Search Assistant (JSA) guides you through your job search and keeps you on the right track. The JSA will let you know when to perform the necessary steps to increase your chances of getting hired. This tool can dramatically strengthen your job search success rate.

The JSA was designed to display a percentage that represents your Job Search and Application Activity, Interview Practicing, as well as checking your email and updating your resume regularly. Your goal is to reach and maintain 100%. All you have to do is click on the “BARS” to perform the associated activity and increase your score in that area. The JSA will continue to make suggestions and provide recommendations on how to increase your score, and increase your odds of becoming gainfully employed.

Your personal Job Search Assistant can be turned off or on and can be accessed any time by selecting it from the Navigation Menu.
